Step 01 · IQC
Incoming Material Inspection
Each Steel dimension, hardness, steel type is verified and certification to prevent defects at the source.
Step 02 · IPQC
In-Process Quality Control
In-process checks and SPC monitoring ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing run.
Step 03 · T0/T1
Mold Trial Validation
T0/T1 samples are measured by CMM against CAD, with deviations corrected before production.
Step 04 · FAI
First Article Inspection (FAI)
